iTunes Connect - Publisher Account

What is the problem with iTunes Connect? Why almost every day we get this: 

"Please note: iTunes is aware that report generation for AMR is delayed for 4th November, 2012. We apologize for any inconvenience, reports will be published as soon as generation is complete."

How a company like Apple has such a bad sales management system? >:/
